Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management tool, which will give you complete control over your mailboxes and email campaigns. With this easy-to-navigate user interface, you can create a new e-mailbox in no time and manage its settings with ease. Besides, you can redirect e-mail messages from one email account to another, configure email filters, set up autoresponders and defend your e-mailbox accounts against junk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your e-mail box accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unsolicited e-mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your email messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a given email account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for filtering your incoming emails according to certain rules specified by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can quickly set up a mail filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and choose the filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming email messages from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other e-mailboxes. Just specify the e-mailbox you wish to forward messages from, then specify the target email mailbox and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your choosing to access your e-mailbox accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you wish to set up on your PC or smartphone and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new mail account will be set up in an instant.

The Email Manager will also allow you to easily create an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to read and our system will take care of everything else.
